SL-C solution
SL-C solution ist the specially designed length measuring device from Kunz precision AG to calibrate step gauges. Simply designed, a vertical reciprocation axis, on which a measuring probe and the reflector of the laser measuring system are attached, dips between the measuring surfaces.
Lifting and lowering is operated automatically, the device doesn’t have to be touched while measuring. The measuring is carried out manually or automatically.
The system SL-C solution can also be designed as an extension of a straightness measuring station or vice versa. Due to the sophisticated vacuum air bearing system of STRAIGHT-line, also in this case highest possible precisions are reached. If available, your already existing laser-system may be used.
Accessories:
- Vertically and laterally adjustable supports. They allow to support two gauge blocks at once. Comparison measurements can therefore be carried out easily
- Optinal accessories for the calibration of glass scales
- For length measurements generally the fine adjustment saddle is used
- Friction wheel

- Use of one’s own laser-system is possible
